- Learn to smile first.Learn to give a warm handshake.
- Learn to find out what makes he/she to tick.
- You will really win the customer's goodwill and he will be your regular customer. Build a nice rapport with him/her.

- Learn to talk politely.
- Even if the prospect gives headache,you have to deal with tact and diplomacy.
